I think I can safely say that this “bitch factor” issue is more far more pronounced among younger working women, 5-10 years into their careers. However, I still experience it among older, more experienced women, but to lesser degrees. As one professional in her mid 40’s said to me “Peggy, I don’t obsess about it anymore but I often think “Am I going to sound like a bitch if I say this?” does cross my mind.” Interesting, no?  |  NO REPLIES YET
