Posted on 6.1.2010 1:54pm  |  I'm making less and it's taking longer for people to make the decision to hire me. I have more clients calling, which is the first sign of an increase in an interest and a budget to spend. Clients are slower to make decisions, which could be a sign that they are being very careful about how they spend what budget they DO have. In the training and development area, my clients are now feeling th pain of not having provided much training in the past year. With employees needing the skills to do the jobs they have, there is now a growing interest in helping the employees that remain get up to speed quickly.  |  NO REPLIES YET
